The boiler adopts an environmentally friendly combustion method - full premixed combustion, and the gas and air are precisely adjusted and premixed in advance to ensure more complete combustion.
The boiler adopts a double-drum longitudinal "D" type arrangement structure; water, steam or steam-water mixture flows in the pipe; flame burns and flue gas flows outside the pipe, forming extremely fast steam-water.
Your boiler must be at the correct pressure for the hot water to circulate properly between the radiators, especially if they are on different floors.Generally, the ideal pressure is between 1 and 2 bars, but this may vary from boiler to boiler.Ask your heating engineer. Check the pressure gauge. A quick look at the pressure gauge is enough to check your boiler's pressure.

No, CS you can't use a boiler pressure relief valve on a water storage tank - not from a steam boiler nor from a hot water or hydronic boiler. The operating pressure ranges are different, and the water temperature sensor on the steam or hot water boiler TPR valve would of course prevent mounting it directly onto a water pipe.

Dec 30, 2019 · In any event, the usual cold pressure of a boiler should sit at about 12psi (pounds per square inch). Most pressure gauges display different-colored zones. If the needle sits much outside the green zone, particularly on the high side, you have a …
Apr 17, 2016 · The boiler pressure on my EFM 520 wants to increase until the relief valve starts dripping (20-25#). I have drained water from the system to bring the pressure down to 10#, but it goes back up within several days. Is this the domestic water coil leaking into the boiler - or are there other causes?
Nov 17, 2008 · My hotwater boiler keeps increasing pressure when it runs. Normal pressure is 12psi but it has risen to as high as 40psi though the max pressure is indicated as 30psi on the gauge. I rcently replaced the flow control value which I set to the normal 12psi prior to use of the heater. The house is dual zoned and the problem occurs in bith zones.

What Should The Boiler Pressure Be When The Heating Is On?
What Should the Boiler Pressure Be Under Normal Boiler Operation? The pressure for hot water boilers will vary from the boiler system to the boiler system. Most boilers operate with a pressure of 12 PSI. Again, that pressure will differ from one boiler to boiler. …

These building heating systems are strong and durable, lasting for many years if they are well maintaine
May 26, 2021 · A combi boiler pressure gauge reading over the 1.5 mark whilst the heating is in full operation, is likely normal due to the water demand being placed on the boiler so it's likely nothing to worry about. In this instance, a reading between 1.5 – 2.5 bar can be considered normal. A consistent 3 – 4 bar, however, is something to raise with
